The region of Radstadt in Salzburgerland

Summer in Radstadt

Radstadt, on the sunny terrace of the Enns valley, will impress you with its many attractions in summer. Thanks to the hiking bus and lifts a summit victory is guaranteed for everyone, and you can race down into the valley on the clearly marked mountain bike routes.

The best way to tackle long distances is with the e-bike – making your tour a piece of cake! You can also explore the magnificent surroundings of Radstadt on horseback, and those interested in culture can walk in Mozart's footsteps in the city of Salzburg only 70 km away.

To cool off, just visit the outdoor pool or enjoy a refreshing dip in the Soletherme Amadé. One of the most impressive golf courses in Austria is awaiting you with a special feature unique world-wide – the Birdijet.

Harvest festival

In autumn when the harvest is brought in, there is always much to celebrate. We are always happy to welcome guests to the traditional celebrations of harvest festival.

Especially popular are tours with the Radstadt night watchman as well as our evenings of folk music. With farm-fresh products at farmers' markets, as well as hearty Salzburg home-style cooking at area inns, connoisseurs can enjoy harvest festival to the fullest.

Winter in Radstadt

Framed by the snowy peaks of the Radtstädter Tauern, the medieval city of Radstadt is awaiting you for a perfect winter vacation.

Skiers will definitely get their money's worth in the Amadé sports world . Cross-country skiers will be delighted by the exceptionally groomed trails, which meander through the picturesque landscapes. Ski tourers and snowshoe hikers can look forward to breathtaking summits and pristine, deep-snow slopes.

Or simply dial it down a notch and enjoy the magnificent winter panorama on a romantic sleigh ride or a leisurely winter hike. If you like socializing, spend entertaining hours during a game of ice stock or ice skating – and then meet for a drink at one of our many different "watering holes".
